Enable this module to start using its features. You can configure the settings below before enabling.

Categories
Type a category name and press Enter to add it.
Settings
Set to 0 to disable auto-close.
Ask users for feedback after ticket close
Advanced
Limit how many tickets a single user can have open at once.
First message sent when a ticket is created.
Available placeholders: {username}, {number}
Require confirmation before closing a ticket
When off, only staff can close, claim, or delete tickets

Deploy Ticket Panel
Send the ticket creation panel to your configured channel
This will post an embed with a "Create Ticket" button to no channel selected. Users can click the button to open a support ticket.
